I tried a couple of wireless keyboard and mouse combinations. The wireless receiver is USB so Linux sees the keyboard and/or mouse as simple USB human interface devices; it doesn't know or care they're wireless. So basic keyboard and mouse functionality is fine with Linux (don't know about special buttons on mice or getting those multimedia keyboard buttons to work--I guess that would be lineak.)
The trick is finding one with decent wireless performance. I had no luck there. For me it was back to wires. _________________ Draft Windows-to-Linux Guide |
