Question... I've got serveral scripts dropped in my /etc/cron.daily and hour directories, but these never actually run. I have very little experience with cron, so what do I need to do to have these run? |

Make sure they're executable and that your cron daemon is running (/etc/init.d/mycron start, rc-update add mycon default). |

I don't remember if you need to do this with vcron, but try running "crontab /etc/crontab". |
