There are so many great extensions out there, I'm surprised many people only use a few. This is what I use:

Add Bookmark Here 0.5.5 - A convenient way to add bookmarks.
All-In-One Sidebar 0.6.4 - Quickly switch between sidebars, view dialog windows such as downloads, extensions, and more in the sidebar, or view source or websites in the sidebar. It includes a slide-out button and a toolbar, all of which can be extensively customized.
Allow Right-Click 0.3 - Defeats web sites' right-click prevention scripts.
del.icio.us 0.6.3.3 - del.icio.us is a social bookmarks manager. It allows you to easily add sites you like to your personal collection of links, to categorize those sites with keywords, and to share your collection not only between your own browsers and machines, but also with others.
Diggler 0.91 - A URL manipulation tool for power users
DownloadWith 0.0.7+ - DownloadWith is Mozilla/Firefox extension to download files with external programs like wget, prozilla, Downloader for X, Download Accelerator Plus and GetRight.
DownThemAll! 0.9.8.7 - The mass downloader for Firefox.
Google Images Re-Linker 0.3 - Jumps directly to the full-size image on images.google.com.
ListZilla 0.7 - Outputs an alphabetical list of extensions to a text, vB code, or HTML file.
Live HTTP Headers 0.10 - View HTTP headers of a page and while browsing.
Location Navigator 0.6.1 - An extension that lets you increment/decrement a portion of a location.
MAB 1.3.5 - Tool for searching amazon catalogs and browsing their products
Menu Editor 1.2.1 - Customize application menus
MR Tech Disable XPI Install Delay 2.2 - Disables default delay when installing extensions.
MR Tech Link Wrapper 1.3 - Wraps long links to spare you from having to scroll left and right.
Nightly Tester Tools 0.7.9.7 - Useful tools for the nightly tester (Formerly known as the Build ID Copier).
Performancing 1.2 - Performancing Extension
Sage 1.3.6 - A lightweight RSS and Atom feed aggregator.
Search Engine Ordering 0.9.6 - Enables you to change the order of the search engines in Firefox' search bar.
Sourceforge Direct Download 0.4.1 - Use your favorite SF download mirror automatically
Stylish 0.3.1 - Customize the look of websites and of the user interface.
Tab Mix Plus 0.3.0.5 - Tab browsing with an added boost.
text/plain 1.1.7 - Treats selected plain text urls, and email addresses as links and adds options to the context menu on how to use these.
Web Developer 1.0.2 - Adds a menu and a toolbar with various web developer tools.
