[forums-announce] Forums upgraded

A few minutes ago we upgraded the forums, and by we as usually i mean tomk and ian who have to do all the work.
Besides a really long list of small fixes that don't really affect users, here are some of the improvements/new features:

- Some of the translation stuff that has been checked in recently has been added to the forums, some typos have as well been fixed.
- Made "Latest site news" urls google friendly
- Hide memberlist from users that are not logged in - this should make it harder for spambots to harvest data.
- added username search to memberlist, fixes bug 104861
- fixed bug 128097 - Merging threads while others reply breaks

Thanks to tomk and ian! for their work as well to everyone who helped with translations, providing feedback or patches.
