this is a common prob.
u can solve similar ones like this:

check the ebuild file of it and use another SRC_URI (notice that after that, u can only download, but the md5 might fail or something, all u got to do is recover this ebuild file back, and emerge --resume, then the file is already downloaded, so u can move up without prob)



/usr/portage/app-i18n/fcitx/fcitx-3.1.1.ebuild

# The HOMEPAGE and SRC_URI cannot be accessed from outside China :-(
#SRC_URI="http://www.fcitx.org/download/${P}.tar.bz2"
