Hi all.
What do you all think about making the thread, "It is right to give them thanks & praise (Gentoo devs, etc.)" sticky? I think that it would make it easier for people to contribute thankfulness to the discussion.
No matter what, thanks for your time. _________________ Sincerely, & with thanks,

Do you think anyone will read that?
I can't imagine anyone going "Hey, lets look if someone thanked me. I'll read though the 27 pages of the Thank You thread and see if my name pops up in there somewhere." _________________ Please put [SOLVED] in your topic if you are a moron. |

No, I don't think for one second that people will go through and read it in order to see if they've been thanked by name. However, I do think that interesting things pop up that people are thankful for. Sometimes something is useful, but it didn't occur to anyone else that it is useful.
Also with lots of pages of complaints, it is nice to have a thread with something positive.
So I think the thread is useful and nice, even if devs don't go through and read every single post looking to be thanked for feature x. _________________ Draft Windows-to-Linux Guide |

For now, I'll just add it to the Best Of thread. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.
