Can't finish installing dvdstyler! [SOLVED]

When I try to install dvdstyler, I get the following:

there's some problem with wxGTK
I'm gonna try to recompile wxGTK with (emerge -k)

I think that richiefrich is right. It does look like a wxGTK problem. The newest version in portage (2.6.2-r1) is also the stable version for all arch's except for arm and hppa. It looks like you have a 2.4 version installed. When was the last time you did an "emerge --sync" and then upgraded all packages?

Try installing the newest wxGTK and see if it makes any difference.

I've got wxGTK 2.6 installed, no difference. I also went to agrypa1's thread about his problem and tried some of the things there, and nothing helped either.

Hi again,

Does anyone have any suggestions about this? I've emerge sync'ed and recompiled wxGTK2-4 and 2-6. with the same results. DVDSTYLER will not compile properly. My CFLAGS are "-march=athlon-xp -O2 -pipe" and these were the recommended safe flags for my processor. I have never had a problem yet compiling anything.

Please help.

i just use the dvdstyler-1.5 and the wxSVG ebuilds from http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109894

slightly modified, as latest version is 1.5-beta4, and wxSVG isn't in portage anymore:

I had the same problem with audacity and the patch from this bug

I get a compilation error with any 1.5 versions of dvdstyler.

Below is the ./configure log and below also the last few lines with error during compilation.

I tried to re-emerge wxGTK-2.6.2-r1, wxSVG-1.0_beta4, but the problem is the same. Any ideas?
