soundcard AC97

I have a AC97 onboard soundcard I don't find the right module to compile with my kernel in the sound section anyone knows what module I have to select ?

The ac97 module is used in quite a lot of different sound cards (and winmodems). Normally those are Yamaha or Intel sound cards (or a mix of both intel for PCM Yamaha for XG).
Chances are high that it will work with intel i8x0 module though.

Can you post a copy of your lspci ?
