How do you use antialiased fonts on your desktop ?
AA at all font sizes

This little poll is to see how you uses font antialising on your desktop.

I see a lot of screenshots with everything AA'd at all sizes

I don't AA for font sizes between > 8 and < 15. I have byte code interpreter (BCI) enabled in freetype so it looks good. I think no AA's fonts at common sizes are much more readable and cause less eye strain than when AA'd if the font is a quality font (like arial or verdana)

All sizes. Though my AA'ed apps ain't complete yet. I'll start working on it again sometime, but not right now. C-time! ;)

i prefer AA at all the font sizes. they look fine to me.

I'm using Gnome 2.2 and fontconfig etc (whateverthe new stuf fis in gnome 2.2).

One thing that's been annoying me is that ALL font sizes are AA'd which I dont like. How do you change that? Andwhat is the byte code you speak of?

I don't like AA'd fonts, they look crappy on (my 14" :?) monitor, I've disabled them everywhere, except in oo, where fonts are even worse without AA.
