Will Andrew leave Gentoo? Why?

A little bird told me that Andrew want to leave Gentoo and make another. (Andrew Gaffney is the leader of Gentoo Project)

I heard about this new in other forum. Is it true??? :cry:

This is my first post here. But I used Gentoo for about half year. I really like it. I don't want to believe~! why??? :cry:

Where the hell do you get your information? I am not, never have been, and never claimed to be the leader of Gentoo. I also have not said anything about wanting to leave.

Where exactly did you hear this?

Gentoo has no single lead developer. This is the way things have been since Daniel Robbins stepped down.

Gentoo is currently lead by a combination of the Gentoo Council and the Gentoo Foundation. The Council deals with most development related issues with the Foundation deals with issues such as Gentoo's legal status.
