I would like to use midi sounds with prboom. Timidity works fine and i can play midi sounds with kmid or xmms. Anyway, when i start prboom, there is no music. The start log tells me:

What can I do? I think, because of nostalgy reasons the midi sound of doom I and II is very importand

| doomsday is better than prboom, and works with timidity/native midi. |

thanks for the hint but unfortunatly doomsday is not available for AMD64 ..

doomsday might work on amd64 with the latest beta.
Edit: If it does work, here are some fancy graphics for it  |
