Hi,
Got Gentoo && FluxBox. I like it simple. But what programs to use? I want:
Office apps (spreadsheet/Writer that can read MS-Office)
Mail
News
MP3
They all have to be "localized", (In my case Danish). But most important: They have to be simple! For example Evolution is much too heavy and featured for my simple pop/smtp needs.
Any suggestions of what apps to pick up?

you might want to check out lyx for documents, it creates PDF files, so you can read it in windows too
it is really simple and it looks extremely professional
