I've been spending a significant amount of my free time during the last few months on building an online RPG, I've called this RPG Game!.
Game! is played entirely through your browser, and has extremely low system requirements (a browser!), though at the same time, it requires a little more imagination to play than say, Doom 3. It is also free to play, of course.
Game! is mostly inspired by Kingdom of Loathing and Diablo II (in totally different ways), though at the same time, it isn't meant to be a clone of either, and I think it definitely has a will of it's own.
I'll refrain from describing it any further and let you discover it on your own. If you're interested, you can find it here. |

Also playing it. Very good. The tavern could do with some improvements, like buying beer. |

Of course there are graphics, even some cool 3D visual effects that leave Final Fantasy far behind. Too bad your missing those, they really have to be seen, its too good to be true. |

You wouldn't be the first to request that. I'll probably add it once I have a good way of doing passive/persistant effects, which is also on my list of things to do. _________________ Game! - Where the stick is mightier than the sword! |

I like it too, wish there was a way to have profile and inventory open at the same time, so you can easier see the effect of certain things on your stats.

In addition to the verbose sidebar, clicking on equipment in your inventory will tell you the delta (in brackets) in relation to your currently equipped item, among a number of other things. _________________ Game! - Where the stick is mightier than the sword! |

The verbose sidebar should work for me though. |

There's a similar screen for sets as there is for items. In any screen for an item in that set, notice the "Member of the ... set" text at the bottom, in particular, the linked set name. That gives you access to the set information. _________________ Game! - Where the stick is mightier than the sword! |
