I don't understand this, my wireless card (dell truemobile 1150) works fine off the install cd for gentoo, but now that I have gentoo installed, I can't get it to work. I have it loading i82365 and ds mods, and the cardmgr give 2 high-pitched beeps when it turns on, and the status light on my card turns on, but not the activity light. I've set the iface for net.eth1, net.eth0, and wlan0, and tried having various combinations of them set as default. I feel like I've tried everything, and it drives me crazy because after I get this working pretty much I'll completely have gentoo linux on my laptop. Does anyone have any idea what's going on or have any experience with this?
Any help is greatly apreciated |
