|
|
Tryin to install sof2 in wine, however, when teh cd i smounted, certain files are "cropped", not containing thier real names...eg
ossupport.dll => shows up as ossupp~1.dll
ossupport.txt => shows up as ossupp~1.txt
when Wine reads from the cd, it says it cannot find ossupport.dll, or ossupport.txt, how can I make linux see these filenames for what they really are?
also, if there is no existing windows partition, where should [Drive D] be mounted to in the ~/.winex/config file? I realize ttat drive [Drive C] is mapped to a fake-windows dir, but what about D? Thanks to any suggestions which can help me on my quest to being completely microsoft free!!!!1 _________________ if (software.isOpenSource()){
