I have a collection of processors :)
I want to have every type of processor (x86) that is in existence and mount them on a wall or fashion them into a chain mail, of sorts. that isn't very strong. _________________ In the end, the love you get is equal to the love you make

I would like to collect medieval weapons, like swords, axes and stuff. Actually, I got a sword and a dagger, but I can't call it a collection.
Is it in the weird category? Or is it as usual as stamps? |

Noone's collecting ears these days, so I'd have to go with that. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.

I have a collection of Pez dispensers. I never really wanted one, but somehow the rumor got started a few years back that I was really into Pez dispensers (I think one of my mischievous friends is to blame), and people just kept giving them to me.
Actually, I think I might have thrown them out last time I moved! _________________ "If a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind, of what then, is an empty desk a sign?"

To a certain extent, I guess you could say I collect books. I read constantly, and absolutely refuse to throw any book away - I've got some that are in tatters from being read so much, and others that are pristine because I didn't get through them, if at all. Heck, I've got books from when I was about 6 or 7 years old Also, I have every text book I was ever required to buy for university - sometimes multiple versions of the same book for classes I repeated. _________________ Linux User #223670 |

my dream is to "collect" every episode of M*A*S*H and watch them all consecutively... but I guess thats a suicidal dream...
gwydion: I do that too, but I know too many people having over 3000 books in their shelfes, so I wouldnt mention this habit to others |

I collect:
X Files DVDs, since I enjoyed the show so much I started buying the R2 DVDsets a few years back, it has now blossomed into a fully fletched addiction, right now I'm waiting for the season 6 release which is set to drop on 17th of this month.
Also I'm considering which serie to collect next, I was thinking about Dark Angel, Monty Python' Flying Cirkus, Red Dwarf or Black Adder...
A while back I took up the family weirdness and started to collect teddybears and the likes, so I have quite a few of those in my room. |

My last name is 'Fox', so my wife and I collect foxes. We have several ceramic, glass, and plush foxes.
There are similar fox collections at other parts of my extended family. |

I collect odd glasses, of any material, shape, make and look. As long as I find them to my liking. And Only 1 of each. I plan to never own 2 glasses that look alike. Hehe. _________________ "Linux is metal" |

My wife is a pack rat and I have a ton of junk around that I have to keep out of necessity (i.e. books, computer hardware), but I hate all the clutter it causes and would go as far as to call myself junk phobic. To that end, I recoil at the thought of voluntarily adding to the problem by intentionaly starting a hobby collection.
Lovechild, any interest in a new X Files thread? I was a dedicated follower up until the last few seasons, when I quit watching all together. |
