I'm having trouble emerging the latest evolution. It ends with the following error:

However libnspr4.so exists and is in what I presume is the defualt location since I haven't moved anything: /usr/lib/mozilla/libnspr4.so. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks. |

Although I haven't fixed this yet, I have more information and a possible cause (but not the root cause) for the seemingly missing libraries. I looked at /etc/ld.so.conf which did not contain a reference to the mozilla libs and pointed me towards /etc/env.d. I discovered that there was no reference to the mozilla (or phoenix) libs in /etc/env.d. Should there be??? If so what file does it go in? I'd prefer not to reemerge mozilla since it appears to be running fine, takes forever to emerge, and may not fix the problem. |
