Maybe you can try to install manually the flash player from macromedia.com |

If phoenix/mozilla is compiled with GTK2 you will experience many problems with plugins, especially flash.

Code: |
emerge -vp mozilla
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild R ] net-www/mozilla-1.2.1-r5 +java +crypt -ipv6 -gtk2 +ssl -ldap -gnome -mozsvg -mozcalendar -mozaccess -mozinterfaceinfo -mozp3p -mozxmlterm -moznoirc -moznomail -moznocompose -moznoxft
|
i did not emerge mozilla with gtk2 support. |

i emerged phoenix-cvs and when i enter a site with flash it quits with the foillowing message:
Code: |
/usr/lib/phoenix/run-mozilla.sh: line 454: 6981 Segmentation fault "$prog" ${1+"$@"}
|
