Since I started working on a new website design I started to try andlearn a little flash.
Problem is I cant seem to find anything for linux that will let me make flash files.
Anyone have any suggestions? thanks. |

I don't believe linux has a native flash editor, you could try running the macromedia studio under wine. correct me if i'm wrong |

You're probably just going to have to use the Macromedia Flash program under Crossover Office. |

I currently use FlashMX under CrossoverOffice (3.0 haven't gathered the funds to buy 5.0 yet) .. it's worked "well" although it is a little buggy, and some of the menus go bonkers on you with out notice (Insert SAVE OFTEN here).
I'm currently debating on trying to compile f4l on this box. I'm holding off a little mainly because this is one of the best Gentoo installs I've done and I don't wanna mess it up.
If anyone finds another good sub for FlashMX give a hoot! .. (that's all I've got left on my box that's not open source, or supports open source).
