If they declare independence from Great Britain, would they still be part of the United Kingdom?

Might Northern Ireland declare independence too, and they and Scotland become Great Pictland or something? Or what if they both join up with Ireland and they all declare independence, and become the Gaelic-Pictish Commonweal? Would Iceland join them?
