This was my root partition and I once used /dev/gpt/sdd and once /dev/ad20. So I guess the second zpool destroyed the gpt partitions and therefore the other zpool. I was able to destroy all the zpools (by it's ID number, because they have the same name), destroy the gpt partitions on the device, recreate everything, install the OS and after reboot the gpt table was still damaged. Fortunately a simple recover worked and the OS was back up and running.
Yeah, you can break stuff easily... _________________ Gentoo on Uptime Project - Larry is a cow |

I spent a few hours working on a web site. After that I decided to move it to my webserver's document root from my ~userdir. So:
| Code: | | root@server:/var/www# mv /home/jh/public_html/site . |
"Hmm wait, I'll make a symlink instead so I can keep working on it easily without having to su."
| Code: | root@server:/var/www# rm -r site
root@server:/var/www# ln -s /home/jh/public_html/site .
|
Oh wait... _________________ "I'm sorry, I only accept criticism in the form of sed expressions." |

There isn't anything wrong with the web server, it's the browser proxy stupid. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.
