From what I understand, loki did a linux sparc port of Civ CTP. (the only of thier games to grace the sparc platform)
Anyone know anything about this?
Where to get it?
If it can be made to go on gentoo? _________________ -Tim Smith

I think that Loki may have put out more than just CIV CTP for sparc, but I'm not sure what games those would have been. It should work fine with gentoo (at least I haven't heard of any problems). I have Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Alpha Centuri and both work beautifully .
But finding the games is a completely different story. Personally I have been checking into this recently for myself (before these games are gone into the sands of time) and I found that although Loki has been out of business for almost 5 years at this point, and although pretty much any forum you go to will say you're SOL, the games are still floating around. Ebay would be a good start (since those will be a much better price than anywhere else) but there are also some online retail stores which also sell the games:
If you have the money (basically want to spend multiples of what you would pay for the windows version) here's a direct link to the game:

These sites also have some loki (and other) games for linux.

I basically got these from a google search, and I am glad to see that they are around and (hopefully) making more of a profit than loki. |

Sorry for that, all of my games are x86. I have just seen enough forum posts (from other forums) that I wouldn't be suprised if there were other sparc games out there. Sorry bout that |
