emerge wdm problem

when i try to emerge the wings display manager i get this...

!!! wdm-1.22.tar.bz2: message digests do not match!
!!! wdm-1.22.tar.bz2 is corrupt or incomplete

when i delete that file i try again nothing happens n i dont understand the meanin of refetch, any ideas?
or how to change the the file digest or the recorded digest?

Moved from Desktop Environments.

Either the download went wrong, different versions of the file exist on different mirrors, or the ebuild has the wrong digest. The easiest way to "refetch" is to 'emerge wdm' again after deleting the file.
