I put a bug report in last week. I grabbed the latest snapshot hoping it was addressed but not yet. Did a query on bugzilla and my report is missing.
Essentially I am trying to fix my KDE it is in an awful state. When I do an emerge -uv I get stuck on the x11-base/xfree-4.2.99 emerge.
It attempts to download a file that doesn't exist on any mirror that I have checked.
It attempts Downloading http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/gentoo/distfiles/X4299-2.tar.bz2
Couldn't download X4299-2.tar.bz2. Aborting.
Anybody else seen this?

Yes. On my two Gentoo boxes here at work, I get exactly the same thing. Funnily enough, my home machine is completely up to date and I never had that problem at all - even using the same mirrors? Only (possibly significant) difference is that our firewall blocks rsync here so I'm using the portage tarballs, whilst at home I can rsync as usual.
