Hi all ,
I compiled m108 of Oo.o a few days ago and was amazed that i was now a flawless speller then i figured out that the spell checker was simply not working i tried to find a way to enable it/install new dictionaries but nothing has appeared to work. Anyone have a similar problem that knows a fix ?

I think I've got the same problem!
I've installed app-office/openoffice and it wont do spell checking, even tho i'm installed all the dictionaries etc. IF you get a resolution please share  |

app-office/openoffice-bin-2.0.2

I just installed app-office/openoffice-2.0.2-r1 and now it works properly.
Portage also installed app-text/hunspell-1.1.4 and that might well be what fixed it.
