Bonjour,

Je cherche a faire fonctionner mon ati remote wonder avec lirc. Pour cela, j'ai suivi le HOWTO suivant :

J'ai emergé lirc en prenant soin d'avoir ajouté ceci dans mon make.conf

J'ai emergé la version ~x86 car la stable plante à la compil, surement a cause du kernel 2.6.15 qui n'utilise plus les memes sources pour el driver de la ATI remote wonder. De plus, je l'ai compilé avec les flags suivant :

[ebuild   R   ] app-misc/lirc-0.8.0_pre3  +X +alsa -debug +doc +usb 0 kB


Je charge donc les modules qui vont bien :

minipc ~ # modprobe lirc_atiusb
minipc ~ # lsmod

Je modifie les fichier /etc/lircd.conf et ~/.lircrc en fonction du HOWTO.

Je tente un :

minipc ~ # lircd -n
lircd-0.8.0pre3[22126]: lircd(atiusb) ready


En user normal, je test l'irw pour voir s'il detect bien les "events" :

kal@minipc ~ $ irw


Et la, il rend de suite la main. Je retourne dans le term ou j'ai lancé le demon de lirc :

minipc ~ # lircd -n
lircd-0.8.0pre3[22126]: lircd(atiusb) ready
lircd-0.8.0pre3[22126]: accepted new client on /dev/lircd
lircd-0.8.0pre3[22126]: could not get file information for /dev/lirc
lircd-0.8.0pre3[22126]: default_init(): No such file or directory
lircd-0.8.0pre3[22126]: caught signal
Terminated


Mouais, udev n'a pas créé /dev/lirc. Dans la doc, ils indiquent la commande suivante :

mknod /dev/lirc c 61 0


Je créé la node, mais ca ne change rien --> même message de la part de lircd lors d'un irw. Etrange n'est ce pas ?

Bon, j'ai trouvé la solution : il ne faut pas utiliser le driver du noyau sinon il rentre en conflit avec le modules lirc_atiusb. Les nodes ne sont pas créé et ca par dans le décor :twisted:

Ah, content d'avoir trouvé la solution tout seul :lol:

Je lis ce thread trop tard hélas, sinon ja t'aurais évité des tâtonnements inutiles. Tu trouveras dans cette doc un fichier de conf qui pourra te servir de point de départ pour élaborer le tien :wink: .

Héhé, merci tout de meme d'avoir posté :)

Pour la conf c'était finger in the noise, j'ai pompé le lircd.conf dispo sur le wiki et ca rules 8)

Ah ça y est ? Les p'tits gars de lirc se sont enfin décidés à intégrer la conf dans leurs docs ? Peux-tu laisser l'url stp, ça m'intéresse ;-)
