|
|
I get this error when I try to start up Neverwinter Nights:
./nwmain error while loading shared libraries: libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory
I am running gentoo 2005.0 x86_64 with nvidia driver 7664. My native 64 bit game (ut2004) runs fine, is this a 32-bit compatability issue?
I checked my system and alas there is no libGLU.so.1 link in /usr/lib32 but there is one in /usr/lib64.
I read somewhere that nvidia doesn't use libGLU and installing mesa would conflict with my nvidia driver.
Thanks for any help in advance.

I forgot to emerge emul-linux-x86-xlibs before. Doh!!
I guess that's why it says noob under my name
Anyway emerging emul-linux-x86-xlibs-2.1 did the trick
On a side note, so far so good with reiser4 |
