Still I Can't make KDE To Show ISO-8859-13 characters.

Is there anyone that knows hot to make KDE display Charactersets:

ISO-8859-13
ISO-8859-4
CP1257
UTF-8
ISO-8859-5
KIO8-R
KIO8-U
CP1251

I REALLY NEED THIS

Please Help.

Control Center --> KDE Components --> Spell Checker --> Encoding
