abiword 1.0.1 is out in gentoo...but i cant' install it here is what's happening:
# emerge -p abiword
These are the packages that I would merge, in order.

i've deleted pspell from /usr/portage/distfiles many time but i get the same error all the time.
what's the problem .. should i bypass md5 checking .. how do i do that?
oh.. i even did emerge --clean rsync before installing.. i still get the same thing. |

Sorry, but I don't know the solution to your problem.
But I don't think it's a good idea to bypass the MD5 check sum from what little I know about security.
Looks to me like the build is corrupted somehow. I have experienced this once before ( the message wasn't the same though). If you don't know what your are doing you should just wait till someone who does fixes this. Otherwise there is no way to tell what is in the source code if the MD5 does not match. |
