Ciao a tutti!
Ho un problema con Gnome... appena compare la schermata di avvio si interrompe e si blocca tutto. Temo di avere cancellato qualche pacchetto vitale. Ho provato a questo punto a fare l'update di gnome ma mi ritorna questo problema dopo un emerge --pretend ,riguardo ai blocchi:

[blocks B] <app-admin/gnome-system-tools-1.1.91 (is blocking app-admin/system-tools-backends-1.2.0)

Cosa consigliate di fare?

rimuovi app-admin/gnome-system-tools-1.1.91 poi emergi quello che devi emergere e alla fine ti consiglio un buon revdep-rebuild

Ho fatto l'update di gnome ma ho lo stesso problema:
durante il caricamento di gnome (la sua finestra di avvio) il sistema si ferma e non va + avanti.
Il cursore del mouse si muove ma tutto è fermo!
Inoltre all'avvio ho questi due messaggi:

-bash: /dev/null: Permission denied
-bash: /dev/null: Permission denied

Hai provato a rinominare la directory con i vecchi file di configurazione di gnome?

Non uso gnome quindi non sono molto pratico ;) , la cosa che ti suggerivo era di rinominare quelle due directory in modo tale da capire se il problema fosse in qualche file di configurazione.

Scusami se poco fa non sono stato troppo chiaro :roll:
