there is a fix for msfontextract on packaging source based on m62. m63 released. it uses python 2.3.4 weee ^^. my patches apply on m63. :) as well as the msfontextract fix. :)

i am compiling right now. lets see how far it gets until it breaks somewhere. ;) ill post overlay if packaging works...

m66 is out and soon m67 but they dislike gentoo's python 2.3.4 installation. that is since m63. any ideas how to fix? :)

found the problem of OOo's python. copies wrong file, heh. instread of the lib it copies a symlink and then sure it does not find the lib :evil:

it needs epm and rpm. i mailed to XOOo ml ( they have a disable-epm patch :) ) to ask how they package not using epm/rpm. or anyone else may explain me here? thanks :P

epm needs fltk, which version of fltk should be emerged?

I have emerged 1.1.4, but can't emerge epm.

OK, I reinstalled fltk with gcc 3.4.3 and remerge epm, this time is OK,

now when I emerge OpenOffice using the following command.
export LANGUAGE=zh-CN
USE=-nas emerge openoffice

it reports the error as below

get tarballs here http://download.openoffice.org/680/index.html and untar, may be rpm2targz it if it is rpm inside, move files where you want them and do postinstall like in the overlay. dunno if that registration thinggy can be done on src_install though. you may try...

these tarballs are not latest milestone :?

BTW, m71 is released but i wait for next milestone
