Is there anyone here who has installed OOo 1.9 m104 and can't overwrite Impress documents if they have a chart from Calc in them? I submitted an OOo bug report and they said that they can't reproduce it in their Linux versions and that it might be a Gentoo problem. If you have the beta please try it and add to the bug report.

i cant reproduce it.

steps taken:

open charts from bugreport you mentioned above
make new presentation in impress
save blank presentation as a .odp in same folder with the charts (ignoreing the couple dialouges saying io error looking for some resource, mine always does this whenever i save a new file)

copy and paste the 2 charts on seperate slides
save again, no errors this time (as usual)
reopen presentation
notice that there are no problems

output of emerge -s openoffice:

app-office/openoffice-bin
Latest version available: 1.9.104
Latest version installed: 1.9.104
