emerge masked packages

i want to emerge some masked packages like kopete.

What i have to do to force this installation?

Please read the docs on the website, search the forums, read "man portage", etc...

If you are using KDE and the not-splitted ebuilds you already have kopete and just need to run it. Otherwise you may be interested in this thread.
