Has anybody else noticed that the Georgia Tech site is no longer accepting connections? I have
Code: | GENTOO_MIRRORS="ftp.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu" |
in my /etc/make.conf. It was working great (550K sometimes) for a while, but this morning while installing I noticed it was no longer accepting anonymous logins. Has anybody else noticed that? Is there somebody who needs to be notified of this? I can't navigate there with my browser or anything.
On a side note, I changed my GENTOO_MIRRORS to "csociety-ftp.ecn.purdue.edu/pub/gentoo/", and I am now screaming along at 620K. |

They have a limit of 200 users and it seems they have too much load. |

Don't forget you can have more than one mirror listed, just separate them with a space. |
