sws2 is not supported but the love-sources developers, if you insist on patching it in, especially considering you already aknowledge that your coding skills are worse than your average rock, please don't report |
yeap. we are decided to absolutely no supporting swsup2 . this is too unstable , risky , and we are not like the idea .
If You want , do it yourself , or use one of supporting it patchsets

just to let you know, plain RTP 47-06 (or 07) does NOT build on amd64 here ( tried with both numa & smp disabled) and does NOT boot on my p4 (ht enabled) box ... didnt tried without ht though.
Anyone succeded with this ? Will try later on my xp box

You aren't alone, so it seems Ingo might need to dig deeper for a working patch - sorry |

thanx, saw that but tried anyway
Fallow, i believe there will be troubles with _any_ smp system if you include RTP, but hey, we all know RTP is still in its early stages and it already look great at this point! From what i know, Ingo is aware of these smp problems and it doesnt look like fixing this is one of his priorities right now.
And if youre looking for someone to test your stuff on x86_64 and maybe code a bit, just count me in
cheers |
