Hoi,

Ik ben overgeschakeld naar xfce4, maar slaag er niet in om extra programma's on het desktop menu te krijgen, dat wil zeggen gewoon toevoevoegen werk, maar iets onder systeem menu's zoals kantoor, grafisch en mutimedia lukt niet.
Die opties zijn niet zichtbaar in de menu editor, er is lijkt me een verwijzing naar --- extern menu ---; systeem.

Hoe kan ik programma's daar verder in opbergen ?

In je /usr/share/applications directory zitten allemaal *.desktop metafiles (oftewel files met informatie over applicatie)

/usr/share/applications/et-enemy-territory-2.60.desktop ziet er bijvoorbeeld als volgt uit:
Code:
[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Version=0.9.2
Name=Enemy Territory
Type=Application
Comment=Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory - standalone multi-player game based on Return to Castle Wolfenstein
Exec=et
Path=/usr/games/bin
Icon=ET.xpm
Categories=Application;Game;;


De "Categories" geven de plaats in je menu aan.
Ik hoop dat dit je wat helpt :)

Werkt maar is niet makkelijk, zal die 'denu' eens proberen
