Who upgrades the ebuilds?

Hello world.

15 january has been released 0.7 version of Pythoncard.
Actually, it's possible to emerge only 0.69 version.

Changing 0.69 with 0.7 in the present ebuild would compile without problems the new Pythoncard.

Is there a right place where submit an upgrade to an ebuild?

You'll find a document describing how to constribut ebuilds to Gentoo here:

Regarding Pythoncard, there was already posted an ebuild for version 0.7 here:
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14344

But I think because of the freeze for the upcoming Gentoo 1.4 the addition of new ebuild will have to wait, unless it's a bug-fix-only update.
