Hey all, I am having trouble emerge nzbget (newzbin file getter) and nam (network analyzer)

I get the follow build errors:
include/libxml2 -I. -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -D_GNU_SOURCE -O3 -march=pentium4 -fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -DVERSION=\"0.1.2\" -o nzbget.o nzbget.cpp
global.cpp:37: error: expected unqualified-id before "do"
global.cpp:37: error: expected `,' or `;' before "do"
global.cpp:37: error: expected unqualified-id before "while"
global.cpp:37: error: expected `,' or `;' before "while"
make: *** [global.o] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

!!! ERROR: net-nntp/nzbget-0.1.2 failed.

---------------------------------------------

checking for return.h... no
configure: error: Installation of dmalloc seems incomplete or can't be found automatically.
Please correct the problem by telling configure where dmalloc is
using the argument --with-dmalloc=/path/to/package
(perhaps after installing it),
or the package is not required, disable it with --with-dmalloc=no.

But it seems as if I already have dmalloc installed.....
Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild R ] dev-libs/dmalloc-5.4.2

-------------------------------------------------

any help would be greatly appreciated!
- George
