but would it be possible to have the complete set of BF-1942 icons available too? like BF-1942 vietnam WW11 mod Desert combat etc etc ?

These "bubble" icons arent really appealing to me. But I know I saw a screenshot where the icon set is made in the shape and color of the Gentoo logo. Does anybody happen to know where I can find it? Thats one of the first things why I switched to Gentoo. :lol:

Just downloaded the tarball from here:

When I unpacked it, I noticed that there is an incomplete copy of itself inside the tarball, buffing it up ~2.8M !

Someone ought to repack it, especially as there are a lot more icons now.

Probably this is a dummy question but I'm kind of new at Gentoo

I downloaded the 2 set of icons, but how can I se them to be my default set? I'm running kde 3.3 and I missed how to instal these set on it, I usualy just install the set at kcontrol, but there is no file theme in the tar file. Is it possible to install these sets on kde or I must change icon by icon?

I've started using the gperfection2 theme for a change of pace and to match my new wallpaper. (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=23563 and you can get ebuild for the clearlooks engine http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=79317) Everything looks nice except my gentoo icon set, being blue, didn't really fit in anymore...

so i created the start of a new set with a brown base.

Here is the base and the icons i made. just open the base in gimp, select the layer with the Xchat icon, make it visible, erase the Xchat icon, paste in your icon, set the layer's transparency to 65% or so, and save it.

I can't really tell if there's even a xffm icon by the xfce guys themselfs so this could be a dead end I dunno.
