You need to provide a link to the base icon, on which the bubble icon will be based. 
I'm pretty sure that I still have the template around here somewhere, so if you show me which icon to start with, I'll make a bubble icon of it for you.
Edit: It isn't the greatest, as the htop icon provided with htop is not that great, but here you go: http://omploader.org/vZ2R4 |

Thank you very much. In the future I will make sure to include the base icon. BTW, will the base set in portage ever get updated with new icons?

You're welcome.
I doubt it. Not unless someone files a bug against the gentoo-artwork ebuild and provides the new icons to be included. That assumes that someone is still maintaining that ebuild. |
