Bredbandsbolaget (a.k.a. BBB) has presence in Malmö, if I recal correctly. They provide up to 24Mbit (downstream) DSL and 100Mbit fiber for home users. No logon needed (except when you activate it), just plug in and go.
I have used them for quite some time and their service is excellent. They provide 4 IP addresses for each account, and for a small fee (30kr per month) you can get a static IP. Oh, and they *do* allow running legal servers on your computers - I run a web server hosting photos for me and my friends and family. With 10Mbit upstream it's no problem.
