I have sound... I used intel8x0 module and I muted IEC958 C.
But still, this I far from sound... It only only with fte, and I can't control sound with alsa.
There is anything more that it's needed to do? on alsa page my card is not supported... there is any patch or anything?

| hey mate! Glade to see I am not the only one, I am helping a buddy of mine get gentoo on his 64bit system going with gentoo and he has the SiS 760 chipset too and I am ssh'ed in his box and am getting sound going, what did you put in /etc/make.conf for a driver? Thanks. |
