Oh no, I hope not:
Forget about a national ID card. Instead, the federal government might use Microsoft's Passport technology to verify the online identity of America's citizens, federal employees and businesses, according to the White House technology czar.

Why do you hope not? Fear an influx of linux users? _________________ Gentoo and Doom III. 'Nuff Said.

I haven't tried yet, but its been widely reported that as a result of the British govenrment using M$ to install their new e-government initiative, only people who use M$ exploder can access the websites.
M$ slyly mutating the standards? never! ;P.
I wonder how easy it will be to crack this? If it can be done think of the security problems. With the American government busy pissing half the world off at the moment I don't think I need to explain how dangerous for Joe Average American this will be. _________________ Some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them. |

Seems like no one wants to learn, so lets repeat it again:
NEVER entrust security with MS, or you'll pay a great deal at the end. You'll pay cash, labor and the expense of professional mental therapy, be warned
This reminds me of a quote I've read somewhere (can't remeber where or the exact words, maybe others will enlighten me):
Stupidty was brought to this world to help humans grasp the concept of infinity. _________________ There's someone in my head but it's not me - Pink Floyd |
