Hi I have a laptop with a SiS chipset with all possible stuff integrated :(

With other ditribution I couldn't make the network adapter work. As the subject says the adapter is a Realtek 8139c. I'm quite sure that the problem was that other kernels use IRQ9 for that (in fact Win and gentoo use IRQ10 and work well). I'd like to know how it is possible, is the kernel in the liveCD partticular? is possible to see the .config file? (I've searched docs on this kernel but I was not able to find anything)

Thanks in advance
