Bad keymaps for 2.6.10-r1 on Ultra 5 and Ultra 60, FIXED

I compiled 2.6.10-r1 from development-sources on an Ultra 5 and an Ultra 60. On both machines the keymap is screwed up. When it gets to the login prompt, anything I type is just jibberish.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do I have the wrong keyboard driver?

FIX: I found my answer in another thread. I don't know what the keymaps process is, or why it should be used for 2.4 but not 2.6, but this fixes the problem:

rc-update del keymaps boot
