I have my USB mouse working.
I don't remember right now, but I think that I had to emerge hotplug to do so. _________________ "I'm just very selective about the reality I choose to accept." -- Calvin |

I seem to have responded to USB mouse questions a dozen times already.. There are many search results for "usb mouse", but here goes anyway:
Compile in "Input Core Support", "Mouse Support".
Compile in "USB Support", "USB Human Interface Device (Full HID)" (not just mouse support), as well as "HID input layer support."
Edit: Don't forget to compile in your USB controller (UHCI or OHCI).
