Hey guys,
I'm looking for a terminal program (like netterm for windows) that can connect via a modem to a SCO-UNIX server (the modem dials into the SCO server via a US robotics modem on the paralell port).
This terminal program needs to support Kermit file transfers and coloured text would be nice.
Thanks,
Chris
EDIT: If you don't know what netterm is, this may help. |

sorry, i should have specified that it should be easy to use and have a GUI (qt/gtk is fine).
I've used minicom before, it's just I'm trying to convert my dad who needs to dial into his work's sco system every now and again. He uses netterm for windows at the moment.
Thanks fusion,
Chris. |

yea, the sco server uses C-Kermit to send files down the line, and netterm just handles the incoming data.
It's all good, I'll hack around a bit in the C-Kermit program (it's in portage! woohoo!).
Thanks for your help fusion! |
