HI, I use gnome desktop and sometimes I use kde programs. I tell you that kde programs looks like a crap in gnome desktop. The font is horrible. How do I change the font of kde programs in gnome. I don't have kde desktop so I cann't change it from kde desktop.

Comes with QT and might help already - if you want to change the appearance of a "qt-only" app (like lyx, for example).
