Money Tracking Program

Does anyone know of a good web-based money tracking program? Would be nice to be able to access it from anywhere, and a mobile device version would be a plus.

I was actually looking for something that is web-based, like PHP/MySQL, anyone know of anything along those lines?

And my favorite app for this that is not web based would have to me moneydance, its not free but it is so very worth it I think.
