Speaking for myself: I dropped CDB since the last changes in portage cache mechanism. Current cache update speed is acceptable to me now. _________________ Gentoo addict: tomorrow I quit, I promise!... Just one more emerge...

update: now i just use the cache from the rsync directory which means none of this is needed afaict. _________________ "Unless you forget about using the portage tree, you haven't forked anything: you've made an overlay."
