[HOWTO] Speeding up portage with cdb -- UPDATE

Speaking for myself: I dropped CDB since the last changes in portage cache mechanism. Current cache update speed is acceptable to me now.

update: now i just use the cache from the rsync directory which means none of this is needed afaict.
